This farm produces and packs a type of organic chestnut called “marrons”.
It is about 165 square Hectares and inside you can find oak and chestnut trees which are post of Natural reserve of Lake Vico .
The chestnut named “ Il Marrone della Montagna Vecchia”( trademark) is entirely produced within the Cimini Mountains, between 600 and 800 m. above sea level.
This type of chestnut is medium sized with a sweet and delicate flavour thanks to the unique aromas deriving form the Volcanic soil.
